Please accept our sincere apologies for not replying sooner.
This is just to tell you how delighted we still are with the wood you delivered to us last December. We’re sitting nice and cosy in front of the woodburner as I type this.
The wood was delivered when we expected it and, even better, was placed exactly where we wanted it, even though we were not here at the time.
The quality of the logs is excellent and we are amazed too at how little ash is produced as it burns so efficiently.
When we need more wood later in the year, we will certainly be ordering from you again.
