Many thanks for superb service. Dropped in personally for advice, as have been open fire people prior to this ( was a confused log burner owner) . Not anymore.Ladies in the office, efficient helpful and knew their job. Phoned first and appreciated the way I was dealt with, even though it was just before going home time.
Needless to say we have a perfect burn going on. Look forward to the glow of the burner in the evening. With thanks again. Gail Anselmi
